This Refund, Cancellation & Auto-Renewal Policy (“Policy”) applies to all users of XtremeGrow.com, operated by XtremeAutomation Conversion Systems, a DBA of The Mustard Seed Group, LLC, located in Midlothian, Virginia (“We,” “Us,” “Our”).

XtremeGrow is committed to transparency, fairness, compliance with U.S. federal and state subscription regulations, and maintaining clear boundaries around refunds, renewals, and cancellations.

1. Refund Policy Overview

Due to the nature of digital setup, licensing, manpower, and custom configuration, the following fees are non-refundable:

~ One-time setup fee
~ Monthly hosting fees already billed
~ Domain registration or renewal fees
~ Third-party subscription fees (HelloVid, StatCounter, AI tools, etc.)
~ Digital assets, delivered websites, or customization work already completed

The setup fee becomes fully earned upon delivery of your configured system.

Monthly hosting renews automatically and is non-refundable once processed.

2. Your Right to Easy, Accessible Cancellation (FTC Click-to-Cancel Rule)

In compliance with the Federal Trade Commission’s Click-to-Cancel Rule and various state-level laws (including California, New York, Colorado, and others), XtremeGrow guarantees:

~ Simple online cancellation
~ No phone calls required
~ No hidden steps
~ No retention obstacles
~ No confusing menus
~ No pressure or guilt tactics

A direct Cancel Hosting Subscription button is provided inside your onboarding funnel and can be accessed anytime.

Cancellation takes effect immediately and stops future charges.

3. Cancellation of Monthly Hosting (XtremeGrow)

Once you click the cancellation button:

~ Monthly hosting charges stop
~ Your website is removed from public view
~ System license ends
~ All embeds may deactivate
~ Global updates no longer apply

If you want your domain transferred to your own Cloudflare account:

Transfer fees may apply.

Expired domains cannot be recovered.

4. Cancellation of HelloVid Widget Subscription (Separate System)

HelloVid handles its own billing.

To cancel HelloVid:

~ Log into your HelloVid dashboard
~ Go to Profile
~ Click Cancel Subscription

This deactivates the widget within 24 hours.

XtremeGrow cannot access, modify, or cancel HelloVid subscriptions.

5. Annual Renewal Reminders (Compliance Requirement)

For subscriptions billed annually or infrequently (such as domain renewals):

~ We send renewal reminders before billing
~ You will never be surprised by an annual charge
~ Renewal notices will include the amount and renewal date

This ensures compliance with U.S. auto-renewal regulations.

6. State-by-State Auto-Renewal Compliance

We comply with all U.S. state laws, including stricter laws in:

~ California
~ New York
~ Colorado
~ Vermont
~ Oregon
~ Delaware

This includes:

~ Clear pre-purchase disclosures for recurring billing
~ Post-purchase confirmations with easy cancellation instructions
~ Cancellation links that are never hidden or difficult to find
~ Prompt processing of all cancellations — no delays, no excuses, no waiting periods

We monitor regulations in all 50 states to ensure our systems exceed legal requirements.

7. Auto-Renewal Policy

⭐ Monthly Hosting (30-Day Auto-Renewal)

Your hosting renews automatically every 30 days until:

~ You cancel using the provided button
~ Your payment fails
~ Your account is terminated

Renewed periods are non-refundable.

⭐ Annual Domain Renewal (Cloudflare)

Domains renew once per year through Cloudflare.

~ Renewal fees are handled by Cloudflare, not XtremeGrow
~ Renewal notices are sent prior to billing
~ Failure to renew may cause permanent domain loss
~ Renewal charges are non-refundable

Transfers must be requested before renewal.

8. Refunds Are Not Issued For Non-Use or Change of Mind

We do not provide refunds for:

~ Not using the system
~ Not launching a business
~ Not filming videos
~ Changing your mind
~ Business direction changes
~ Financial hardship
~ Forgetting to cancel
~ Not promoting the website

Once access, work, or hosting has begun, refunds cannot be provided.

9. Compliance Requirements for Affiliates, Marketers, Creators, and Partners

If you use our system to promote ANY product, opportunity, or company, you MUST comply with legal standards.

This applies to:

~ Affiliates
~ Marketers
~ Copywriters
~ Media creators
~ Buyers
~ Offer creators
~ Agency partners
~ Tech providers

Anyone touching or using an XtremeGrow funnel must follow compliance laws.

🚨 Non-compliance risks include:

~ Account shutdowns (Stripe, PayPal, merchant processors)
~ Chargebacks
~ Legal action
~ Permanent business damage
~ FTC violations

We take compliance extremely seriously to protect all parties involved.

10. Third-Party Billing, Tools, and Platforms

Your website integrates with third-party systems such as:

~ HelloVid
~ StatCounter
~ Translation widget
~ Cloudflare
~ AI tools (HeyGen, Creatify, Argil)

XtremeGrow does not:

~ Provide refunds for third-party fees
~ Control their billing
~ Guarantee their performance
~ Intervene in disputes
~ Cancel accounts on your behalf

Please contact providers directly for support.

11. Chargebacks & Dispute Resolution

Chargebacks harm our compliance status with payment processors.

Unauthorized chargebacks may result in:

~ Immediate system termination
~ Removal of website
~ Suspension of domain
~ Fees for reinstatement
~ Legal claims if assets are still being used after non-payment
