These System License Terms (“Terms”) explain how you may use the website, templates, tools, automations, and digital assets created and delivered by XtremeGrow.com, operated by XtremeAutomation Conversion Systems, a DBA of The Mustard Seed Group, LLC (“Company,” “We,” “Us,” “Our”).

These Terms are designed to be clear, direct, and easy to understand, while also protecting the Company’s intellectual property and the integrity of the system.

By using or accessing any XtremeGrow system, you agree to these Terms in full.

1. License, Not Ownership

When you purchase hosting or receive a website from XtremeGrow:

~ You are receiving a license to use the system, not ownership of the system
~ You do not own the templates, designs, funnels, structure, code, layout, workflows, or system logic
~ You are granted permission to use the system as long as your hosting subscription remains active and you follow these Terms

If your hosting subscription ends or is canceled:

~ Your license immediately ends
~ Website access may be removed
~ Embeds may be disabled
~ System updates stop

Ownership of all intellectual property always remains with The Mustard Seed Group, LLC / XtremeGrow.

2. What You ARE Allowed to Do

With an active hosting license, you may:

~ Use the website we provide to promote your own business
~ Customize your text, images, videos, testimonials, and branding
~ Add offers or explanations relevant to your business
~ Use the embedded HelloVid widget (as permitted by the HelloVid platform)
~ Use the translation widget provided on your website
~ Drive traffic to your site
~ Collect leads through HelloVid’s built-in forms
~ Share your website publicly
~ Use the site as long as your subscription is active

Your license is personal and meant for your business only.

3. What You Are NOT Allowed to Do

To protect our system, structure, and intellectual property, you may NOT:

~ Copy, duplicate, or reproduce the website for others
~ Sell, license, or resell the templates to any third party
~ Export or redistribute the system design
~ Use our templates to build your own SaaS or agency product
~ Reverse-engineer the layout or system logic
~ Provide our system to another company or individual
~ Transfer your license without written permission
~ Use the system to violate legal, financial, or regulatory standards
~ Remove copyright or system notices
~ Claim that you built or own the system infrastructure

Violation may result in immediate termination of your license without refund.

4. What We Provide

Your XtremeGrow system includes:

~ A professionally built website (Home Page, Testimonial Page, Promotional/Offer Page)
~ Website hosting through our platform
~ Global updates for your website’s template
~ Embedded HelloVid widget (managed through HelloVid’s own platform)
~ Embedded translation widget
~ Optional installation of StatCounter analytics (if you request it and supply an embed code)
~ Domain registration and annual renewal billing through Cloudflare
~ Ongoing access to the website as long as your subscription remains active

We do not provide:

~ CRM
~ Full marketing automation suite
~ Email or SMS follow-up systems
~ Lead storage
~ Advanced customization beyond the standard website delivery

5. What We Do NOT Provide or Guarantee

To ensure clarity, XtremeGrow does not:

~ Guarantee results, income, rank advancement, or sales
~ Guarantee traffic, visibility, SEO ranking, or conversions
~ Guarantee uptime of third-party tools
~ Guarantee website performance on every browser/device
~ Guarantee the accuracy of machine translations
~ Guarantee availability of HelloVid or any external widgets
~ Provide legal, financial, tax, or compliance advice
~ Monitor client content for accuracy or FTC compliance

Your business outcomes depend entirely on your own actions and the company you promote.

6. Third-Party Tools and Platforms

Your website uses third-party tools such as:

~ HelloVid (video widget & testimonial features)
~ Translation plugin
~ StatCounter analytics (optional, only if you request setup)
~ Cloudflare (domain registration & DNS hosting)

Important notes:

~ These tools are controlled by the providers — not XtremeGrow
~ Their uptime, performance, or changes are not our responsibility
~ We do not store the data these tools collect
~ We do not guarantee or modify their functionality
~ Any issues with these tools must be directed to the respective providers

XtremeGrow integrates them but does not control them.

7. Global Template Updates

To maintain system functionality and security, XtremeGrow may push global updates.

These updates may include:

~ Layout adjustments
~ Bug fixes
~ Security improvements
~ Mobile optimization
~ Visual refinements

Global updates:

~ Apply to all licensed websites
~ May change formatting or appearance
~ Do not include restoration of custom content removed by members

Members must maintain backups of personal content they add.

8. Domain Licensing and Renewal

Domains for member websites are purchased through Cloudflare.

~ XtremeGrow manages the domain setup
~ Cloudflare handles renewal billing
~ You will be billed annually to renew your domain
~ Non-payment may result in expiration
~ XtremeGrow is not responsible for expired or lost domains

If you cancel your hosting subscription:

~ Your license ends
~ Your website will be unpublished
~ You may request a domain transfer (fees may apply)

10. Termination of License

Your license may be terminated if:

~ Hosting payment fails
~ You violate any terms in this document
~ You misuse or attempt to replicate the system
~ You engage in fraud or deceptive practices
~ You use the system in illegal or harmful ways

Upon termination:

~ Website access is revoked
~ HelloVid embeds may be removed
~ System functionality is disabled
~ No refunds are granted for remaining billing periods

11. Limitation of Liability

XtremeGrow is not liable for:

~ Loss of income
~ Loss of clients
~ Website downtime
~ Domain expiration
~ Incorrect translations
~ Third-party widget failures
~ Member violations of advertising law
~ Technical issues outside our control
~ Business losses or damages of any kind

Your use of the system is entirely at your own risk.
