If a third-party tool experiences downtime, errors, or changes:

~ No refunds will be issued
~ Member must contact the respective service provider

5. Global Updates Are Performed on Templates, Not Individual Custom Content

XtremeGrow may perform global updates on template structures for:

~ Does not restore custom content altered or removed by members
~ Does not provide individualized update merging for custom edits

6. Domain Registration and Renewal

Domains purchased for members are registered through Cloudflare.

Important notes:

~ Cloudflare controls domain billing, DNS, renewal, and expiration cycles
~ XtremeGrow does not own the domain once transferred to the member’s control
~ Members are billed annually when renewal is due
~ Failure to pay renewal results in domain expiration
~ XtremeGrow is not responsible for expired domains, lost domains, or lapsed billing

Members must ensure:

~ Their billing information is accurate
~ Renewal payments are made on time

We do not recover expired domains.

7. No CRM or Data Storage Included

Websites provided by XtremeGrow:

~ Do NOT include a CRM
~ Do NOT include data hosting
~ Do NOT store contact information
~ Do NOT store submissions
~ Do NOT collect, save, or manage user data

All data captured by the HelloVid widget, forms, or member-added tools:

~ Is stored solely by the third-party provider (HelloVid, StatCounter, members personal Google Sheets etc.)
~ Is not stored on XtremeGrow servers
~ Is not accessible to XtremeGrow beyond what the member chooses to share

Members are responsible for their own data compliance.

8. Translations Are Automated and Not Guaranteed Accurate

Websites include an optional translation widget for multilingual support.

Members acknowledge:

~ Translations are machine-generated
~ XtremeGrow does not verify the accuracy
~ Cultural or contextual errors may occur
